Get ready for swim suit season this July with our new Specialty Bootcamp. 

Abs Bootcamp

July7th- August 3rd

This 4 week program is specifically designed to slim the waist and tone the Abs. Abs bootcamp classes are only available to those signed-up for the program because it follows a progression from day to day and week to week.  To get the best results participants should attend at least 3 of the 4 Abs Bootcamp classes each week for the full 4 weeks.  The program targets Rectus abdominis, Obliques and Errectors along with fat burning cardio.  Includes a 30 minute massage to be scheduled anytime during the month. 

 

Week 1:  Muscle Activation and Endurance

During this first week you will feel muscles you never knew you had by using small isolated movements to activate and tone each targeted muscle.  To make noticeable changes we partner the strength exercises with high intensity cardio to burn fat while we are building muscle so you can always look forward to a challenging workout even during this first week.  

Week 2: Strength and High Intensity Cardio Intervals

Now that your muscles have been activated we start to increase resistance and introduce exercises with a higher difficulty level in order to build strength. These exercises are partnered with high intensity cardio intervals to melt the fat while toning the abs. 

Week 3: Functional movements

During week 3 things really get serious with the addition of plyometric movements while continuing to increase resistance and exercise difficulty. You will not be lying on a mat this week!

Week 4: Overload

Using a variety of exercises from the 3 previous weeks this week is focused on providing high intensity workouts that challenge the targeted muscles to their max.

Abs Bootcamp Registration $150 - Registers you in the Abs Bootcamp and  1 complemtary 30 minute massage. All other classes are an extra charge.

Abs Bootcamp + monthly unlimited $170 - Registers you in the Abs Bootcamp, a complementary 30 minute massage, and unlimited access to all clsasses offered during the Month of July.
