BOOTCAMP CLASSES:
These are high intensity full body strength and cardio workouts that use a variety of formats so you'll never get bored. High intensity is different for everyone so the workouts are designed to put the power in your hands. You determine how fast or slow, heavy or light, and the difficulty of each excise used. It is not uncommon for me to give multiple variations of an exercise in order to challenge all participants at their current level.
Modifications- If there is an excise that causes you pain or discomfort I will gladly adjust any and all exercises for you to make sure your workout is safe and effective. I have many clients who go through class doing entirely different exercises due to injuries or arthritis; with the adjustments they are able to safely work with the class toward the same goal. I will find a way for you to be successful no matter your limitations.
